Flexbone Teams – The List

This page is about listing out which teams are running the Flexbone so that we can all find more examples and learn together. I will break each level up into two parts. Those that are currently running Flexbone and those who used to run Flexbone. I define Flexbone as being under center and running plays like Inside Veer, Midline, Toss, Midline Triple, Lead Option, QB Option and the typical counter plays. While Flexbone is typically a 2×2 formation with no TE, I think using a TE at times adds a lot of dimensions that a defense has to adjust to.

I have added some teams that I cannot find any Flexbone film on as people have sent me school names. I trust they are telling the truth. 🙂 If you find any film on those teams please send me a link. Thanks!
